Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of theyokistore.in and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us

This store is operated by Yōki ("we", "us", "our"). We sell dining and hydration essentials made from rice husk.

2. Products

Our pieces are made from natural rice husk, an agricultural byproduct. Because the material is natural, slight variation in colour, texture and speckling between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but the colour you see depends on your screen.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address — and if we do, we will refund you in full.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable duties and taxes. Shipping is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Personalised items

Laser etching is permanent and made to order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the text you submit — please check spelling carefully, because we etch exactly what you provide. Etched items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Use of this site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or reuse our product photography, text or branding without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
